Admin & Account Executive

We are looking for a Full-time Admin & Account Executive to serve the organisation as follows:

01. Admin & Account Matters
  • Able to handle a full set of accounts
  • Ensure proper maintenance of accurate complete and up-to-date accounting & auditing report
  • Assist in all scopes related to the administrative field
02. Coordinating the functions of malasiaGBC
  • Driving the membership, conducting seminars and events for building professionals & green practitioners, as well as engaging with government agencies and other green organisations.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellence communicate and organization skills
  • Detail-oriented and independent
  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in France/Accounting or equivalent
  • Experience with SQL Account System
